There is no hassle to visit a branch to collect your cheque books. Simply indicate a preferred delivery address on the Cheque Order Form and enjoy the ease of delivery.
How Direct Delivery service works?
Fill the required information on the Cheque Order Form and indicate your delivery address.
Our external courier Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPOST) will deliver your cheque books as specified.
How do I sign up for direct delivery?
Sign-up for direct delivery at any First Citizens branch
1. Access the Cheque Book Form online or at any First Citizens Branch
2. Input all required information
3. Drop off at any First Citizens Branch
Is the Direct Delivery service mandatory?
No. Customers have the option to collect their cheque books at any First Citizens Branch.
