Redemption Guidelines

Redemption Process

  • Points balance will be shown on cardholder’s monthly credit card statement. The cardholder can determine what reward is possible by referring to the rewards schedule for airline tickets.
  • The customer makes travel arrangements (please refer to Guidelines for Redemption) with one of our participating travel agencies, informing them that the ticket will be paid for by First Citizens Vacation Lifestyle MasterCard reward points.
  • The cardholder submits a written request to the Bank to redeem points.
  • First Citizens advises the agency via written instructions to issue the ticket to the customer.
  • Customer signs the letter and receives the ticket.
